Pilot workshops as part of Empower Employ project

During the last month, as part of the „Taking Matters Into Our Own Hands: Employment and Entrepreneurship“ project, we implemented piloting workshop for developing educational Toolkit for Educators. The workshop brought together a diverse group of participants to test and refine a series of interactive workshops designed to enhance entrepreneurial thinking and business skills. The goal was to provide engaging, hands-on learning experiences while gathering valuable feedback for future improvements.

The first workshop, Idea Generation and Refinement, guided participants through structured creativity exercises such as rapid ideation, dot voting, and concept development. By the end, attendees had actionable ideas and a clear roadmap for turning them into viable solutions.

Next, Business Planning Essentials introduced participants to key elements of a business plan. They analyzed strong and weak examples, used brainwriting and SWOT analysis to develop business ideas, and worked collaboratively to outline their own business plans. The session also emphasized teamwork, argumentation, and presentation skills, preparing participants to communicate their ideas effectively.

For a more dynamic approach to networking, Networking Bingo transformed casual introductions into an engaging challenge. Through guided interactions, participants built meaningful connections, strengthened their communication skills, and expanded their professional networks.

Finally, Business Model Canvas provided a structured approach to mapping out business ideas. Participants explored critical aspects such as value propositions, customer relationships, and revenue streams, gaining a clearer vision of how to structure and develop their business concepts.

The event proved to be a valuable testing ground for these workshops, offering insights into their impact and effectiveness.
